Ghost 16 VS Ghost 17

Brooks upgraded their classic Ghost style, giving the perfect balance of softness with the Ghost 17, ideal for everyday runners and walkers.

Ghost 16 introduced a nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, making it lightweight and comfortable. The Ghost 17 takes this to the next level, with even more cushioning. Adding an extra 1 mm of DNA LOFT v3 in the heel and an additional 3 mm in the forefront, giving a smooth run kilometre after kilometre and taking the heel to toe drop to from 12mm to 10mm

Where the Ghost 16 had a soft midsole and Segmented Crash Pad, the Ghost 17 features a newly designed midsole with precise flex grooves. This promotes even more flow, making every mile feel as good as the first one.
